| Mushroom and Onion Gravy
Olive Oil ½ Onion, chopped 2-3 Chestnut Mushrooms, chopped Water from cooked vegetables (not potatoes) 1tsp Bouillon Veg Stock powder 1tsp Cornflour Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Fry onion and mushrooms in oil until onions become caramelised (coloured), add water and veg stock, stir. Combine cornflour with a little cold water, stir into pan and keep stirring until thickened. Season with pepper and serve.
