Janet has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2001 - the highest level of yoga training in the UK (level 4 diploma, after a thorough 3 year training course). Gained BWY pregnancy teaching module in 2005 and regularly updates the training.
The practice of yoga gives substantial benefits to everyone. Traditional Yoga postures, breathing techniques and deep relaxation are of an holistic benefit to body, mind and soul.
